Rick Richardson is an Electrical & Instrumentation specialist with over 21 years of hands-on experience across the manufacturing industry. Based in Trinidad and Tobago, Rick has served as a Plant Inspector, Senior Technician, and E&I Department Manager at Caribbean Development Company (Carib Brewery) — one of the region's most respected industrial operations.
Throughout his career, Rick has led and contributed to over 10 major capital projects — from full brewery automation upgrades in Grenada to PLC migration programmes in Trinidad and St. Kitts. He brings deep technical knowledge, proven leadership, and a passion for staff development to every engagement.
